This E&O program offers coverage for individual agents and does not provide coverage for agencies.

- $500 deductible on Premier Senior Marketing sponsored product-related claims (damages only), $2,500 deductible for non-Premier Senior Marketing claims (damages only)
- Coverage includes life, accident and health, disability income activities as well as mutual funds, variable products, universal life, annuities, employee benefit plans and managed health care organizations
- Provides coverage for your administrative, clerical and support personnel while they are acting on your behalf
- Provides coverage for any affiliated corporation, partnership or agency for their liability arising out of the individual insured’s professional services
